Mr. Syed Md. Shafiqur Rahman, completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Hon’s) and Masters’ of Commerce in Management from Dhaka University, Dhaka and he also completed the course of Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Stamford University, Bangladesh. He has expert knowledge on Portfolio Management, Fundraising, Capital Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance.

He also expertise in the field of Income Tax, Human Resource Management and corporate law. He also participated in various Capital Market related Seminars and Training Programs organized by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
